Meet the Founders
Lina and Lawrence met in their early twenties working in the same restaurant. Years in hospitality, long shifts, and endless conversations about food slowly shaped a shared philosophy — that exceptional food should not be reserved for restaurants or special occasions.
After running a traditional pub and walking away from it, they took time to travel and rediscover what they truly loved about cooking. Private dining gave them the answer. The creative freedom, the direct connection with guests, and the ability to make every occasion feel genuinely personal.
With over three decades of combined experience between them, Lawrence leads the kitchen and Lina manages client relationships and specialises in cooking for guests with complex or niche dietary needs.
